Every battery is health-checked before it is issued. If you ever face an issue, return to any station for an immediate free replacement and raise a support ticket.
It is inspected, its health (SOH, temperature, cycle count) is logged, and it goes onto a smart charger. Only batteries that pass every check go back into rotation.
